We loved the hotel's convenient location in the Cowgate area, as it was just a 25-minute walk to all major areas in this city. The small conservatory was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. the hotel's cleanliness was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offered delicious options and the beds were comfortable.

Located just off the side of Tollcross, this guest house offers great bus links to all the major attractions in the city. The room was small but pleasant, with a good bed and shower. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was tasty and satisfying, with a good variety of options. the guest house is conveniently close to the city centre, making it easy to explore on foot.

The owner, Graham, was friendly and were great too make us feel welcome. The breakfast he made for us was delicious, and he even made a special poached egg just for us. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main tourist sites and surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a small fridge. The bed was cozy and the shower was great. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying at this guest house.
